Coffee
The art of crafting the best tasting coffee requires respecting each individual roast. Knowing the specific origin and roast degree for each coffee allows for intense flavor that can be traced back to its earliest beginnings.
By varying origin characteristics and the roast degree of each coffee, we carefully select the flavor categories you know and enjoy every day. From Light and Subtle to Dark and Distinctive, we source the roast perfectly from seed to cup.
Fruits & Vegetables
The UAE imports a significant portion of its fruits and vegetables due to its arid climate and limited agricultural capacity. The country relies heavily on imports to meet the high demand for fresh produce. Additionally, the UAE also engages in the re-export of fruits and vegetables to other countries in the region.
The import of fruits and vegetables is facilitated through its well-established ports and logistics infrastructure, such as the Jebel Ali Port in Dubai and the Khalifa Port in Abu Dhabi. Stringent quality control measures are in place to ensure that imported produce meets the required standards in terms of freshness, safety, and compliance with regulations.
While the UAE primarily relies on imports for its fruits and vegetables, it also engages in the re-export of these products. The strategic location of the UAE, along with its well-developed trade and logistics networks, makes it a major distribution hub for fruits and vegetables in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
Meat & Poultry
The United Arab Emirates Poultry Meat Market is projected to register a CAGR of 1.41%.
On-Trade is the Largest Distribution Channel: The demand for various chicken parts for the on-trade channel increased due to the rise of the food catering business and the number of restaurants in the nation.
Fresh / Chilled meats are considered to be of higher quality. The relaxation of the lockdown allowed customers to immediately purchase freshly cut meat .
Off-Trade is the Fastest-growing Distribution Channel. The purchases through online channels, supermarkets, and hypermarkets are driving the segmental growth, with innovations in poultry meat delivery and self-checkouts.
Frozen / Canned is the Fastest-growing Form: The consumption value of frozen/canned poultry is led by the on-trade distribution in the country. This is due to its extended shelf life and better distribution bandwidth.

Timber
We source Timber , Logs and Poles from DRC’s and Mozambique forests.
Congo DRC
Only about 10% of the DRC's forests are currently allocated for logging. The forests cover 126 million hectares (55%).
DRC is the most biologically diverse country in Africa and one of the most important centers of biodiversity in the world, encompassing over half of Africa’s tropical forest. Overall, the DR Congo is known to have more than 15,000 plant and animal species. Very few logging companies are present in the DRC, with only two groups of companies producing more than 10,000 m3/year (FRMi, 2018). In 2019, the timber industry sector was made up of 25 companies, 15 of which are currently active.
The companies in tthe DRC are fully integrated, they all transform a portion of their logs that are not exported, and there is no trade in logs between industrial operators within the country.
Mozambique
In lumber it is also known as Ovangkol or Shedua, this beautiful African hardwood veneer has been used in many architectural and high-end applications worldwide for many years now. It is noted for its beautiful
range of color and reasonable price.
Nuts
Cashew is the most important cash crop in coastal Kenya. It is grown in Kwale, Kilifi, Tana River Mombasa and Lamu Counties. The cashew nuts industry directly and indirectly employs 4000 and 50,000 people, respectively.
Kenyan organic macadamia nuts are grown in the mineral rich highland soils of Mt. Kenya. Early Settlers from Australia introduced this tree to the
Kenyan highlands and the result was an excellent blend of Australian Macadamias
in the unique Kenyan environment. This is a great experience for everyone to try.
In Kenya, peanuts are referred to us ground nuts and locally called “Njugu Karanga” (Swahili). Groundnuts are mainly grown in western Kenya
by small scale farmers both for food and sale. These areas have a tropical
climate suitable for farming. The best peanuts is the runner which s the larger
variety and is preferred because of the high yields; it matures in 90 – 100
days. Varieties found in Kenya include Red Oriata,
